Personality Development Programme (PDP) is organized for students in each semester for 2-4 weeks. We organize training of students by both external and internal faculty. These faculties have intensive exposure to the industry practises. These programs have basic objective of preparing our students for the corporate world. Many of our students having come from rural background do not have exposure to corporate culture. When they join any industry and organization for a job they find it very difficult to manage.
